Now more than ever, Las Palmas Medical Group is taking steps to care for you and your family. All of our clinics are still open during this outbreak, and we are taking extra precautions to ensure a safe and sterile environment for all of our visitors. COVID-19 Testing is by appointment only. We are not taking any walk-ins at this time. Call our clinics to schedule your appointment. We are doing everything we can to see as many people as safely possible. While the possibility of coronavirus (or COVID-19) spread remains in San Bernardino, Riverside, & San Diego Counties, we would like to provide a description of our new COVID-19 announcement to keep local residents and their families safe and healthy. We are testing those who don’t have a primary doctor or medical insurance that would like to get tested for COVID-19. We have affordable self-pay options. Our clinic provides three COVID-19 Test options.

FAQs
What Type of Test is Performed
Las Palmas Medical Group performs two types of tests to check for active infection.
1) Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) testing, which results are 3-4 days, are administered to individuals who schedule to be tested via appointment only
2) Rapid Covid Testing, in which results are given the same day within 20 minutes is administered to individuals who schedule to be tested via appointment only.

I don’t drive. Can I walk in?
Currently, we can accommodate walk-up testing for a limited number of patients who don’t drive. Please remember, when you arrive for testing, you must wear a face covering for the safety of all patients and providers; please only remove it when instructed to do so by a provider.
Can I Schedule in Advance?
Yes. Appointments can be made for the same day and up to two days in advance (depending on availability). Call for your nearest location for booking an appointment.
How Old Can a Patient be to Get a COVID-19 Test?
No age restriction to register for COVID-19 testing. A parent or legal guardian must complete their registration for all minor patients. Patients 0 -17 years of age must be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian, who may need to assist with sample collection using the swab.
Can I bring someone with me or should I come alone?
We understand that you may want to bring someone with you; however, only patients who have qualified and scheduled an appointment can be tested. If you are accompanied in your car with other adults or children please wear masks when a staff member approaches your car.
